About me.
Hi, I’m Basti.
Based in Berlin. Remotely everywhere. With over 10 years of experience in the advertising and music industry, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse roles and with a variety of renowned brands. My career highlights include 4 years in management and marketing for „Die Fantastischen Vier“, where I honed my skills in artist management and campaign execution. I then spent 2.5 years at Jung von Matt and another 2.5 years at MassiveMusic, collaborating with brands and agencies, contributing to high-impact projects.
Throughout my journey, I’ve worked with notable brands and agencies. My most recent role was as Client Lead/Account Director, where I managed complex projects and budgets, developed brand and music strategies with creative concepts, and served as the main contact point for clients, handling stakeholder management and more.
I studied music business at Popakademie Baden-Württemberg and hold an MBA (Master of Business Administration), which has equipped me with strong management and leadership skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset.
